Due to the nature of our handcrafted organic products, we want you to have confidence in the purity of the products that we mail to you. Accepting returns, re-stocking and resale of returned items may compromise the safety and hygiene of the products. For these reasons, we will not accept returns. We do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. However, we do offer samples or trial sizes of some of our products and we also have choice of fragrances for some of our items. We truly believe that you will love our products. Before writing any negative reviews, please know that your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If for any reason you are unhappy please let us know. COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price our soap for $0.04 instead of $4.00 and you purchased 500 bars at $0.04 then we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.
ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
